Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions ('the Terms') govern the users' ('you' or 'your') use of the website merceriadunia.com ('the Website). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via a suitable announcement on the Website. It is your responsibility to check for such changes. The changes will apply to the use of the Website after we have given such announcement. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue to use the Website. If you continue to use the Website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms; and modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website and the material contained within (or any part) without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website or its contents.

This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.


Our prices are listed in Euros and are correct unless typographic errors occur. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Offers are valid as long as they are displayed in our website.


We accept the following payment methods:

  • Card payment: all payments are secured and encrypted through the HTTPS protocol.
  • Bank transfer: we accept bank transfers to the following bank account:
    • IBAN: ES3121002198560200284913
    • Account owner: Carmen Moreno Delgado

    Please write your order number in the concept of the transfer. Your purchase will be dispatched after receipt of the bank transfer. If you send us an email to hola@merceriadunia.com with the proof of the bank transfer, we could start processing your purchase sooner.

  • Paypal: payments can be made through Paypal, with a Paypap user account.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Orders before noon will be processed and dispatched on the same day, otherwise they are dispatched the next day.

You will be contacted if the item you order is temporarily out of stock. Note that we cannot offer any compensation for shipping delays.

Your delivery will require a signature upon receipt of order. Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address.  

If you are unavailable to sign for your parcel, you should receive a delivery card with contact information for delivery. You will have to arrange the redelivery or collection before the parcel is returned to us. If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, you will be required to pay for the redelivery. Should the order be canceled the refund will be processed minus the original cost of shipping incurred.

We ship parcels to Europe (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). Shipping costs are:

  • Province of Jaén (Spain): 3,50 Euros
  • Spain (Mainland): 4,95 Euros
  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 15 Euros
  • Portugal: 10 Euros
  • Andorra: 15 Euros
  • Gibraltar: 35 Euros
  • Europe: 20 Euros

No shipping costs for orders above 60 Euros to Spain (Mainland).

Refunds and returns

You have the right to return your purchase within 7 days after the delivery, except for items that are sold in meters/centimeters.

Please ensure that the items you are returning are unused and in its original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition.
It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise, these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate.

Before attempting to return an order you will need to contact our customer service team. Items cannot be returned without first contacting our customer service team.

Returned purchases will be reimbursed not later than 5 days after we receive the item in good condition.

We are happy to offer replacements on goods damaged in transit or sent in error. In this case, Mercería Dunia will pay the costs of returning the parcel and sending a new one. If you are not satisfied with the product, we will refund the purchase and the shipping cost to return the purchase should be paid by the customer.

Order cancellation

There are no cancellation costs if an order is canceled before it is dispatched. Returning an item from a canceled order, which has already been dispatched, is at the cost of the purchaser.
